Strength & Conditioning: Supersets

A2. 20 Walking Lunges

*rest :30 after each superset

B1. 10 Burpees

B2. 20 Body weight Squats

*rest :30 after each superset


3 Rounds

C1. 20 Leg Raises

C2. 20 Supermans 

*rest :30 after each superset


Post workout bonus:

Tabata (:20 of work followed by :10 of rest for 8 rounds) 

Odd rounds (1,3,5,7) do mountain climbs for the entire :20

Even rounds (2,4,6,8) hold a squat for the entire :20
