Womens Strength 101 is a program for women who want to build a sexy body. With this full body progressive program you will maximizing aesthetics and muscle tone in a short amount of time. It takes time to build the body you want but this 8 weeks will get you amazing results and on the track you need for future success.
You will receive workouts with video demos to follow for the next 8 weeks, along with a dietary outline that is highly efficient in sculpting the body.
Your workout program will call for 3 strength and conditioning workouts that can be done in under an hour and 2-3 additional cardio training days.

Yes it is. This is the perfect place to start for beginners. However, the progressions make it great for the advanced as well. Most experienced gym goers still are not doing things in the structure that produces results.
If you have access to gym: Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettle Bells, back extension machine, and hamstring curl machine. Contact us if you are limited in resources. We'll try to accommodate you!
When learning the basics, there's a lot to learn but we keep as simple as possible. If this doesn't make sense to you now, don't worry, you'll get up to speed in no time.

Monday: upper body strength training
Tuesday: Cardio intervals
Wednesday: lower body strength training
Thursday: Long Cardio
Friday: Full body strength training
Saturday: OFF or light cardio
Sunday: Rest or light cardio
