Hey guys thanks for checking me out, I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over 12 years experience.  I use my knowledge of fitness to help people transform their body and life. It's amazing what people are capable of with the right guidance. Goals that seem miles away become attainable.  Being a part of that is a really cool feeling.  

Fitness had such a profound affect on me, I really gained a passion when I learned I could apply what I knew to help others feel that same impact.  I started personal training in college and have been doing it ever since.  

My primary clientele is just normal people looking to change their image and be happier with their own body's.  I also train athletes to perform better.  Many fads come and go but I use tested and proven methods validated many times over in the gym and through scientific studies.  I hate how watered down the industry is with instagram trainers and false claims.  If you want the best results you need someone that knows what they're doing!

My Story 

Being a fitness professional has been an awesome journey. I love helping people achieve big goals. My name is Clay Henderson. I am a personal trainer, online fitness coach, consultant, and gym owner - but mainly just a dude who is passionate about optimizing the human body and mind. I believe human potential is limitless.

The purpose of this site (and everything I do) is to get people the right information and tools to achieve amazing results.

The problem in knowing what to do for your health and fitness is the sea of bullshit. There's endless 'expert' opinions that can pull you in a 1,000 directions.

The difference with me is I'm a thinker and researcher. I wait to open my mouth until I've gained a full understanding and most importantly evidence based belief in the content I'm sharing. I practice what I preach and share what I know works!
